Council on Aging Board Member
Your appointment to the Council on Aging gives you the opportunity to become increasingly involved with issues affecting the lives of elder citizens and their families. We look to you to be an advocate for aging issues in your community and for advancing a positive image of this segment of our population.
Your commitment and dedication are vital to ensuring adequate public knowledge and support of Council on Aging programs and activities. At minimum members attend monthly, evening, board meetings from September through June, and we ask that you commit to keeping well informed about issues pertinent to successfully meeting our goals.
