Central Avenue Milling & Paving (from Great Plain Ave. to Forest Street)
Night Work Scheduled for Friday, June 21st at 9 PM

See attached paving notice that was distributed to residents.

Phase I A Town hired contractor will begin milling Central Ave (from Great Plain Ave. to Forest St.) in preparation for paving. Milling operations are scheduled to begin on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 9 PM. Please use caution when traveling through the area.

Phase II - Utility Casting Adjustments are scheduled to start on Monday, June 24th. This work will take approximately two days to be completed. Casting adjustments will be made during the day.

Phase III - Final paving is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, June 26, 2019. Driveway aprons will be adjusted. Expect delays.

Rosemary Brook Debris Clean-up & Retaining Wall Maintenance
A Town hired contractor will continue removing debris and making retaining wall repairs to Rosemary Brook. Residents located in the neighborhoods of Meadowbrook Road, Meredith Circle and Border Road may notice construction related traffic and minor noise interruptions. Any questions or concerns should be directed to Steve Nadeau, Needham Engineering Department at #781-455-7550 Ext. 319.

Central Ave Sidewalk Rehabilitation (from West Street to Hunnewell)
A Town hired contractor will continue removing and replacing asphalt sidewalks and installing granite curbing on the eastbound side of Central Ave. Expect minor delays. 

Winding River Road Sewer Main & Pump Station Project
Sewer main installation will continue on Winding River Road. Winding River Road will not be accessible from Charles River Street. Please access Winding River Road from Livingston Road in Wellesley.  

Winding River Road will be open to RESIDENTS ONLY, expect delays.   

MBTA Tree Trimming and Clearing along the Right-of-Way
An MBTA hired contractor will continue to trim and clear trees along their right-of-way in Needham. See attached notice from the MBTA that has been sent to abutters. Any questions about this project should be directed to the MBTA Customer Service line at #617-222-3200.
