Town of Needham
Public Sale and Auction
The Town of Needham will be offering for public sale surplus items and supplies on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 66 Chestnut St., Needham and at the Stephen Palmer Building 83 Pickering St, Needham on Friday, October 10, 2014.
Surplus items for sale at the Stephen Palmer Center may include, but are not limited to, office furniture, office accessories, office business equipment, appliances, recreational equipment and miscellaneous items of general interest. Surplus items for sale at 66 Chestnut St. include, but are not limited to, equipment used in restaurant operations and furniture. All items will be sold “as is” and “where is”. Items will not be available for inspection until 9:00 am, with the voice auction starting promptly at 10:00 am on the day of each sale. Winning bidders are responsible for transporting all items, which must be removed from each location by 5:00 pm on the day of each sale.
Please see attached list of items. The Town does not make any guarantee that every item made available will appear on the list.
The Town reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any and all bids, if the Town determines that cancellation or rejection is in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.

| Please note that there will be onsite parking at the Stephen Palmer Building for attendees of the auction. Credit card, cash and checks will be accepted as payment. Bidders are responsible for paying and removing the items from each building on the day of the corresponding sale.
