Case #1 – 7:30PM 72 School Street –72 School Street, LLC, applicant, applied to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit Amendment under Sections 5.1.3(i) (j) and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to waive strict adherence to parking plan and design requirements. This request is associated with an addition of a second floor of approximately 1,500 square feet containing a play area for children, administrative offices and a 500 square foot apartment.
