The Design Review Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. by Zoom Web ID Number 845 1987 6965 (further instructions for accessing are below), regarding 100 Cabot Street.

Public notice is hereby given that Sheraton Hotel located at 100 Cabot Street, has made application to the Design Review Board for a Special Permit pursuant to the Sign By-Law section 5.5.3.1 a) Installing more than  one freestanding sign and one additional wall sign, and any other applicable sections of the By-law.

Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection by sending an email request to elitchman@needhamma.gov in the Planning Office. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing and make their views known to the Design Review Board.

For the most current and accurate information regarding the remote meeting platform, please refer to the posted meeting agenda and meeting materials which will be posted on the Town Website at www.needhamma.gov at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
