The committee is appointed by the Select Board to advise the Board on rate recommendations to ensure that the rate structure funds that day-to-day, infrastructure, and long term expenses and obligations of the water and sewer operation of the Town, that the rate structure is keeping with DEP requirements, and the rate structure encourages water conservation and good water use practices.
