Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 110, Section 5 requires any person conducting business in the Commonwealth under any title other than the real name of the person conducting the business whether individually or as a partnership, shall file a business certificate in the Office of the Town Clerk where an office of any such person or partnership may be situated.
Your Business Certificate will be in effect for four years and must be renewed as long as such business continues to be conducted in the Town of Needham. The fee is $60 plus $.50 for a certified copy.
