Overview
Effective May 1, 2011, the Office of the Town Manager is accepting passport applications in the same manner as the United States Post Office.

You may qualify to use this form only if:
1. The issue date of your last passport was less than 15 years ago;
2. You were 16 or older when it was issued;
3. Your name is the same or you can submit name change documentation (marriage certificate court order);
4. You can submit the passport; and
5. It is undamaged.

Passports should be received within 6 weeks. The fee to expedite this service is $60 per application and overnight delivery return fee is an addition $12.72. Expedite does not include overnight delivery. Customer must arrange for overnight delivery to ensure receipt within two weeks. If international departure in less than two weeks, or passport is needed for foreign visas, application at a Regional Passport Agency may be advised. Appointment needed.
