The annual health and dental insurance open enrollment period for benefit-eligible town employees and non-Medicare eligible retirees will run from Monday, April 25th through Thursday, May 5th at 5:00pm. During this period, employees and retirees can select a plan for the first time or switch plans for an effective date of July 1, 2016.
The Annual Benefits Fair will be held on Thursday, April 28th from 12-4pm here at Town Hall on the second floor in Powers Hall. If you have specific questions regarding plan designs and features, you can drop in at any time during this event to speak with any of the plan representatives. The representatives are there to help you make an informed decision on which plan best meets your needs.
New! "Benchmark" Plans Added!
New for Fiscal Year 2017, the Town will be adding to it’s existing menu of plan offerings. "Benchmark" plans are now available that are lower in cost but feature deductibles. For more information on the plan designs and differences from the existing Rate Saver plans, please see the health plan comparison chart or come speak to one of the plan representatives at the benefit fair on April 28th.
