The Recycling and Transfer Station (RTS) is a residential drop-off facility with a pay-per-throw program.  The RTS handles, processes, transports and tracks all material received at the facility.  All vehicles entering the RTS (residential & commercial) are required to display a current RTS disposal sticker. 

Along with providing disposal, recycling and yard waste services for the residents and many Town departments, the RTS also provides Materials Processing services and Snow Dump services for the Department of Public Works.

RTS also maintains agreements with various municipalities for Wood Waste Processing Services and Trommel Screening Services.

Starting January 1, 2010 RTS Stickers must be permantly affixed to the window or windshield on the left side off the vehicle there will no exception to this. Taping, laminating or affixing to plastic covers will not be permissable. Thank you for your cooperation.

*Please note that seasonal items will not be accepted at the RE-USE-IT if not pertaining to the current season.                                                            
* The RE-USE-IT SWAP SHOP will be closed on paint collection days.
