Responsibilities
The Department of Public Facilities - Operations Division maintains all school buildings in the Town of Needham.

This maintenance includes: 
  • Energy monitoring and payment
  • HVAC and HVA system repair and maintenance
  • Electrical repair and maintenance  
  • Plumbing repair and maintenance
  • Carpentry repair and maintenance
  • Fire alarm and sprinkler testing and repair
  • Custodial services
  • And other daily operational services to maintain the buildings to the highest standard

Work over the summer is scheduled to ensure that all schools are in their best shape for the upcoming school  year.
