Needham Youth Services offers a Fee Assistance Program for Needham individuals and families who cannot afford to participate in the department’s programs or services. The purpose of this is to ensure that all Needham youth and families have an opportunity to participate in Youth Services programs without regard to their ability to pay.
In order to become eligible, the individual or family must submit a letter to the Director of Needham Youth Services stating:
- Parent’s name
- Child’s name (if it is a program that the child would like to enroll in)
- Home address
- Home telephone number
- That they cannot afford services
This letter is good for one year, and a new letter must be submitted if assistance is needed the following year. This program is not available to non-residents.
