Stuffed to the brim with your favorite holiday items the annual Council Thrift “Holiday Boutique” is back! Hundreds of holiday items are donated throughout the year to The Council Thrift and saved to be on display for the annual Holiday Boutique. There are items for Channukah, Christmas, New Year’s and more as well as holiday clothing, jewelry and a special items section of the sale, including beautiful serving pieces for your holiday tables, table linens, candles. “The boutique first began over 35 years ago,” says Council Executive Director Sandra Robinson. She goes on to say that “sales from the boutique funded any holiday-related programs at that time sponsored by the Council.” Today, all proceeds from the Holiday Boutique help fund Council programs throughout the year such as the food pantry, Tech & Tutors program, and the re-launched English Language Learning program.
The Needham Garden Club hosts its annual wreath, arrangement and keepsake sale Saturday, Dec. 3rd from 9 am to 1 pm at the Congregational Church. Proceeds benefit community outreach and scholarship award.
