43 Brackett Street - Public notice is hereby given that Ravi Talasila and Anupama Manachikalapudi, owners, have made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 1.4.6, 1.4.7.4 and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to allow the extension, alteration, enlargement and reconstruction of a lawful, pre-exiting, non-conforming single-family structure associated with the reconstruction and enlargement of a single-family, ranch-style, one-story home with an attached two-car garage. The property is located at 43 Brackett Street, Needham, MA in the Single Residence B (SRB) District. Upon said notice, a public hearing will be held remotely on Zoom, on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 7:45 p.m. at which time all persons interested may attend and be heard.
