25 Fenton Road - Public notice is hereby given that Scott Lubker, applicant, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 1.4.6 and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to allow the construction of a 188 square foot second floor addition within the footprint of the existing non-conforming single-family house. The property is located at 25 Fenton Road, Needham, MA in the Single Residence B (SRB) District. Upon said notice, a public hearing will be held remotely on Zoom, on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. at which time all persons interested may attend and be heard.
