299 Charles River Street – Public notice is hereby given that Andrew and Gia Jeas, applicants, have made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 6.1.2 and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to allow one additional garage space. This request is associated with the construction of a detached two-car garage. The property is located at 299 Charles River Street, Needham, MA in the Single Residence A (SRA) District. Upon said notice, a public hearing will be held remotely on Zoom, on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. at which time all persons interested may attend and be heard.
