Pollard Restroom Reconstruction

The Town of Needham is accepting sealed bids for Pollard Restroom Reconstruction. Sealed File Sub-bids must be submitted no later than 2:30pm, March 14, 2018 and Sealed General bids must be submitted no later than 2:30pm, March 22, 2018  to the Second Floor Administration Office of the Public Works Department, Town of Needham, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492. A pre-bid conference will be held at 3:30pm on Monday, March 5, 2018 at the Pollard Middle School, 200 Harris Ave.,  Needham, MA 02492. All bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is not less than five percent (5%) of the value of the bid. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids will be publicly opened after submission deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.

Bid forms and contract documents will be available at or for pick-up at Projectdog, Inc, 18 Graf Road, Suite 8 Newburyport, MA (978)499-9014, M-F 8:30AM-5PM. Go to and login with an existing account or click Sign Up to register for free. Enter Project Code 823752 in the project locator box. Select “Acquire Documents” to download documents, review a hard copy Projectdog’s physical location, or request a free project CD from Projectdog.

All Addenda must be acquired electronically at Each individual or firm recorded as having requested a set of Contract Documents will be electronically notified via email when addenda are issued. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to review all ADDENDA prior to bid opening at or at Projectdog’s physical location.

Bidders may obtain one full paper bid set from Projectdog for a refundable deposit of $50.00 made payable to Projectdog in the form of certified check or money order. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded to all responsive bidders returning the Contract Documents in good condition within ten (10) days after date of general bid opening. Otherwise, the deposit will become the property of Projectdog, Inc. Bidders requesting their refundable paper set to be mailed must supply a non-refundable shipping and handling fee of $50.00 payable to Projectdog.
