The Board of Registrars, Town Clerk’s Office, and appointed Election Workers will meet beginning Monday, October 31, 2022 at 10:00 AM in Powers Hall (Town Hall 1471 Highland Avenue) to Advance Remove and Advance Deposit the Vote by Mail ballots, Early In-Person ballots, and Absentee ballots. The process will continue daily from 10 AM to 4 PM through November 4th or longer as needed. This will include all ballots received and recorded in VRIS prior to the first day of advance removal and processing. All ballots received on Election Day will be sent to the polls with police officers.
Advance Processing is open to public inspection. Please email Teaton@needhamma.gov if you plan to attend any of these sessions. Any processing sessions held after November 4, 2022 will be held in available rooms at Town Hall.
