Hear ye! Hear ye! Join Needham's Col. William McIntosh Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution as we ring Bells Across America on Saturday, September 17, at 4 p.m. on the Highland Avenue steps of the Needham Public Library. This national event celebrates the signing of the United States Constitution 235 years ago and launches Constitution Week, which occurs annually from September 17-23.
It's BYOB -- Bring Your Own Bells -- and all bells are welcome, from cowbells to handbells to smart phone bells! We'll start ringing exactly at 4 p.m. for one minute with the rest of the country to celebrate this historic event.
