  • Gentle Nia in Chair (New Program)

This class is a gentle form of Nia fitness exercise class designed to help seniors and the mobility-challenged to develop FAMSS (Flexibility, Agility, Mobility, Stability and Strength). Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts.
