New Employees

Prior to beginning employment with the Town, you will be sent an offer letter from the Human Resources Department and instructed to complete all necessary pre-employment forms. All new hires will need to complete the first group of forms below (1-9), as well as any additional forms applicable to the employment type shown in the subsequent groups below. Most employment offers are conditioned upon complete, satisfactory and timely submission of these forms prior to employment.

1W-4 Income Tax Withholding (suffices for both State and Federal withholdings)
