Established in 2005, the Property Tax Relief to the Elderly and Disabled provides Needham seniors with help paying their Real Estate Taxes.
Based solely on donations from Needham residents and local businesses, awards are made annually and are based primarily on age, income, assets, and the ratio of taxes to income.
Your donation is directly allocated to the property tax bills of the seniors and disabled residents of the town in need who have applied for and qualified for property tax relief.
Any donation is greatly appreciated and is tax deductible.
