Needham has four Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Commuter Rail stops with regularly scheduled times from Boston's South Station.
You can also reach South Station from Boston's Logan International Airport by using the MBTA's Silver Line. There is also MBTA Bus Service, Bus Route 59, which connects Watertown Square in Watertown, MA with Needham via Newtonville.
Driving Yourself
If driving, Needham can be reached using Exits 33 (formerly 18) and 35 (formerly 19) off of Route 95/128. Exit 33 enters Needham in the southeast corner with access to Great Plain Avenue while Exit 35A accesses Needham's New England Business Center and Exit 35B accesses Highland Avenue.
