News for all Town Board and Committee members - please read! The new Open Meeting Law posting requirements go into effect on July 1, 2010. The officer calling the meeting must post the notice at least 48 hours in advance excluding Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and the Town Clerk must receive your meeting posting, including agenda by 3:00 P.M. on Thursday for all meetings held the following week.

In order to comply with the posting requirement, you may post by any of the following methods:

a. Email postings to Teaton@needhamma.gov

b. Fax to 781-449-1246

c. drop off at 500 Dedham Avenue (temporary location) or mail to 1471 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA 02492

Meeting notices must include the date, time and place of the meeting and the agenda (the list of topics that the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed).
